We never rush clients into a decision. We prefer to sit with the client and discuss what it is exactly that they are looking for. We take pride in our work and our primary goal is customer satisfaction. We want you to be proud of your new tattoo.

We have a large comfortable reception area as well as two private, clean and well lighted tattoo rooms. We always use clean, sterile techniques and equipment. We use only the highest grade sterile, stainless steel, single use needles.

About us

Doug is an award winning illustrator and designer, as well as a medical professional with extensive experience in sterile procedures.

Lily is an accomplished portrait artist who has studied tattooing in China. She is also a member of the Chinese Association of Tattoo Artists.

Our goal is to make each tattoo our best yet!

We are located at 3380 East Main Road in Portsmouth Rhode Island. Our phone number is 401 261 6725.

From the north: Take RT 24 South onto Aquidneck Island and take exit 2 (Portsmouth/Bristol). Take a left at the end of the exit and follow the road around to the right. Dragon Lily Tattoo is up on the right side right after the light.

From the south: Come over the Newport bridge and get on RT. 138 north (East Main Road). Follow East Main Road into Portsmouth and continue until you see our shop on your left.
